Exchange Policy

While we strive for excellence in every product we offer, we understand that occasionally issues may arise. Therefore, we have implemented the following Exchange Policy to ensure your satisfaction:

  • Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, we will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please notify us of any defects within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for an exchange.

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for shipping the defective product back to us. Once we receive the item and verify the defect, we will promptly process the exchange.
  • Exchange Process: Upon approval of your exchange request, we will issue a coupon of equal value to the defective product. This coupon must be used within the next 2 months to purchase a replacement item from our store.

Please note that we do not accept refund requests or returns for reasons other than product defects. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our Exchange Policy.
